Ana Pais, Master Instructor of ThetaHealing® and Founder of JustBU, is a seasoned personal development facilitator with over a decade of experience guiding individuals on transformative spiritual journeys. A Sagittarius with Gemini rising, Ana’s lifelong passion for travel, diverse philosophies, and esoteric wisdom inspired her to explore human potential both inwardly and outwardly.
With an academic foundation in Tourism (Bachelor’s and Master’s in Tourism Marketing from the University of Algarve), she spent many years in the cruise and aviation industries before discovering ThetaHealing® in Bali in 2014—a single session that profoundly redirected her life path.
Since 2016, Ana has been at the helm of JustBU ("Just Be You"), one of the leading ThetaHealing® training organizations in Portugal. Jasper Warmenhoven, Innovation Consultant, Team Manager, and Project Manager, has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and advising corporations and governmental agencies on strategic innovation. Over the past years, he has worked with global organizations such as Shell, L’Oréal, Damen Shipyards, Hyundai Motor Group, and the Dutch Ministry of Defence, supporting them in areas including Industry 4.0, the energy transition, and new materials.
With a background in Strategic Management and International Business Administration from Tilburg University, Jasper combines strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in innovation strategy, corporate venture capital, and technology scouting. He has successfully built and led teams of highly skilled innovation consultants, developed and executed corporate innovation programs, and advised startups and spin-outs on business development and strategic decision-making.
Passionate about bridging technology and strategy, Jasper frequently engages in lecturing and facilitation on innovation models and personal growth. His mission is to help organizations and people navigate complex innovation challenges, create impactful solutions, and drive sustainable growth.

I founded Out of Choice to help leaders reconnect with what truly drives them — beyond performance, beyond roles, beyond the noise. My work is about creating space to pause, reflect, and lead from a place of authenticity and conscious choice.
I accompany senior leaders and professionals who want to grow not just in what they do, but in who they are. Together we explore the tensions between power and vulnerability, ambition and balance, pleasure and fulfilment — the paradoxes that make us deeply human.
